ZJ series slurry pump is a new type of high efficiency and energy saving anti-abrasive pump. This series of pumps comprehensively apply the advantages and innovations of similar products at home and abroad in hydraulic design, structural design and wear-resistant materials. It has high efficiency, energy saving, low vibration, low noise, reliable operation, long service life and convenient maintenance. The comprehensive performance of the pump is at a high level in the country, and the efficiency index of most pumps is at the international level. Can be widely used in electric power, metallurgy, coal, building materials and other industries to transport slurry containing solid particles. Such as thermal power plant ash removal, metallurgical ore dressing slurry transport, coal washing plant coal slurry and heavy medium transport. The weight concentration Cw of the large slurry allowed to be transported is: ash (slag) pulp and coal slurry 45%; pulp and heavy medium 60%.

Technical Characteristics

1. Energy saving: When the general impurity pump transports the slurry, its efficiency always decreases. The 150ZJ-A55 uses the common model and the higher the concentration, the larger the particle size and the greater the reduction. When the two-phase slurry pump delivers slurry, its efficiency is generally higher than that of clean water. Horizontal slurry pump This is because the hydraulic design of the pump is designed with a solid-liquid two-phase flow field. It is more suitable for the transportation of clean water and slurry. When the micro centrifugal pump is lowered by one liter, the operating efficiency of the two-phase flow pump is increased by 3~10%. Therefore, the two-phase flow pump has a new energy conversion law.

2. Abrasion resistance and prolonged service life: When the general impurity pump transports the slurry, the solidification of the parallel centrifugal slurry pump is mainly impact wear, and the cavitation performance of the pump deteriorates with the increase of the flow rate. The flow channel design of the two-phase flow slurry pump conforms to the variation law of the solid flow field. The solid moves along the impeller profile. The impeller wears mainly the friction and wear, and the cavitation performance of the pump changes with the increase of the flow rate. Therefore, the two-phase flow pump has a new wear law. Under the same conditions, the service life of the two-phase flow pump is one to three times longer than that of the general impurity pump.

3. Water saving, 150ZJ-A55 is suitable for high concentration transportation: general impurity pump, the performance gradually deteriorates with the increase of slurry concentration. The hydraulic design of the centrifugal pipeline pump fully considers the movement of solids (including concentration, particle size, shape, etc.), and the parallel centrifugal slurry pump has a well-established road. It also has good hydraulic performance when conveying high concentration (general weight concentration γG can reach 60~70%) slurry, which meets the requirements of high concentration in the process. Therefore, the two-phase flow pump is suitable for conveying high-concentration slurry.
